Exchange or Refund

Titan UAE offers a 14 Days Money Back Guarantee for all domestic orders with valid reasons, including:

  1. Manufacturer’s Defect: If the item has a manufacturing defect.
  2. Incorrect Item: If the seller has delivered an item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g., wrong design, color, etc.).
  3. Misrepresentation: If the item delivered is materially different from the description provided in the product listing.
  4. Physical Damage: If the item received has physical damage (e.g., dented, scratched, or shattered). Buyers must provide valid evidence within 3 calendar days of receiving the item.
  5. Faulty Product: If the item is faulty (e.g., malfunctioning or not working as intended).

  • Quality Check: All items are quality-checked by us prior to shipping. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the product upon receipt and inform us immediately of any dissatisfaction.
  • Postage Costs: Postage will be borne by Titan UAE in the event of an unforeseen error from our end (e.g., damaged, faulty, or incorrect item delivered).
  • Refund Amount: Refunds will be for the purchase price Titan UAE reserves the right to deduct any costs associated with the return.
  • Condition of Items: All returned items must be in original condition β€” not worn, washed, altered, or tampered with in any way. Titan UAE reserves the absolute right to reject the return if the item is deemed worn, damaged, or altered.
  • Shipment Responsibility: Titan UAE will not be responsible if your return shipment is lost during transit.
  • Refund Timeline: Once the returned goods are received and confirmed, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
